Connect Search is Hiring an Export Coordinator Near Deerfield, IL
- Proactively manages and processes all aspects of export orders by quoting a price, requesting hedge, pricing order, entering order into system, requesting shipping information from production and freight forwarder, confirming orders and delivery to customer, prepare documentation, matching orders with invoices and filing
- Responsible for arranging and managing the transport of goods; coordinating and communicating with freight forwarders and loading facilities to facilitate the movement of freight.
- Audits and maintains export sales files
- Prepare all related documents pertaining to shipping/international shipping.
- Maintain export warehouse and consignment book by entering orders, tracking stock levels and placing consignment/usage orders
- Keep container shipping line records to meet contract minimums and review contracts
- export experience including Ocean and Air
